What's New

New updates and improvements to Google Analytics 4

Cart Item Removal Detection

New
Our app has been enhanced to monitor and detect when an item is removed from the cart. Every time an item is taken out from the cart, this action is seamlessly reported to Google Analytics as remove_from_cart event.

Why is This Useful?

Data-Driven Insights:
By understanding cart removal behavior, businesses can gain deeper insights into user purchasing decisions and potentially identify areas of friction in the shopping experience.
Optimized Marketing Strategies: This data can be invaluable in refining marketing strategies, tailoring promotions, and enhancing user experience to increase sales conversions.

Automatic Detection and Tracking of Google Ads Conversions

Improvement
Tag Manager can now automatically detect if a given Google tag ID number belongs to Google Ads. Upon detection, the system will auto-initiate the sending of Google Ad conversion events. No additional coding is required.

Impact on Current Processes:

  • Users can now choose between two methods for tracking Google Ads conversions:
    1. Continue using the conversion events generated by importing Google Analytics purchase events into Google Ads.
    2. Leverage the new functionality and directly use Google Ads tracking for conversions.

Tag Manager

New
You can now use built-in tag manager to push all events to multiple Google Analytics tags. Just open tag manager and add your Google Tag ID. The app will take care of everything else automatically!

Tag Manager is available on Premium Plan.
